UEFA Football: Round of 16 II
European Football Club Competition resumes this week when the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League resumes the knockout stages of the competitions
In The Champions League, current champions, Barcelona are favorites to retain their title. They are closely followed by Beaten Finalists from 2009 and 2008 Champions, Manchester United and then Chelsea. Arsenal are fourth Favorites. Inter Milan and Bayern Munich follow
The next round in the competition is decided over two games (Home/Away) with the away goal rule deciding the result in the event of a tie
On Tuesday 16 March, Sevilla host CSKA Moscow. The score is 1-1 after the first leg, but Sevilla have the important goal away from home. Chelsea host Inter Milan and Inter will bring a 2-1 lead to Stamford Bridge.
On Wednesday 17 March, Barcelona host Stuttgart. The score is 1-1 after the first leg and Barcelona will be confident with the away goal. Bordeaux host Olympiacos. Bordeaux are in command after their 1-0 win away from home.

Juventus are favorites to become the First team to win the Europa Cup. Liverpool and Hamburg are joint 2nd Favorites. Valencia and Werder Bremen follow, with Wolfsburg, Benfica and Marseille close behind them.

The Round starts on Thursday 18 March when Marseille host Benfica. The score after the first leg is 1-1. Next up Standard Liege host Panathinaikos. Standard have a 3-1 away win here in the first leg. Juventus travel to Fulham for their second leg game leading the tie 3-1 and Werder Bremen host Valencia with the tie at 1-1.
Two hours later Anderlecht host Hamburg trailing by 3-1 after the first leg. Wolfsburg host Rubin Kazan with the tie at 1-1 and Sporting Lisbon host Atletico Madrid with their tie at 0-0
The Final game sees Liverpool host Lille and the Reds need to overcome a 1-0 defeat away from home in the First leg.
